Current cost per homeowner to build 7,000 apartments for the homeless population of greater metropolitan Phoenix: less than $450 each.

Need database of all licensed social workers in Metro Phoenix: assign one to each apartment 

Contact roomster.com ask for custom quote for custom roommate matching category: "homeless in transition" so we can match people to apartments ie: 2 bed / 2 bath holds 4 "homeless in transition" enter all "people" in IBM CURAM SOCIAL services management system so that assigned social workers can meet with and follow up with "client status progress notes" 

Have custom lease agreements with roommate addendums and "house rules re: "homeless in transition program" 

Have custom report created for clients deemed "fit for employment" send report with client contact information to all employers in State of Arizona hiring include in list LinkedIn URL of "fit for employment" human unit numbers.
