I just found out that Ryan Huss, second from the left, passed away December 22, 2025. I'll check again in the future to see if I can locate a obituary. This Instagram post from his sister came up in a Google search for "Ryan Huss obituary" and it notes that the obituary could be found in the comments but I did not see it there. I'll message and ask
Loosing friends is never easy, but I do find that getting older for me, (at least currently) I do not have an incoming pipeline of "casual aquaintence" people that I meet in social settings (the framework for the beginning stages of friendship development) to even begin the process of a long lasting friendship. So, as I take a few minutes to remember Ryan on the ride to work, I'm going to remind myself to be open to new friendships that may enter into my life. Like any relationship they have stages, and require common interests and genuine respect for differences, open and ongoing communication: in person, calls, text, email, the popular social media platform of the day, DM/IM direct message on social media, and someday hopefully on the networking platform of the Phoenix Gay History Project and The Gay History of the United States of America. As I sit here thinking, Facebook started with a set of twins and a programmer, and look what it has developed into today. But a social media platform attempting to be all things, to everyone also has great disadvantages, and having a private label social media platform with specific 'code of conduct' and 'defined allowed/not allowed content' could provide a 'much more enjoyable experience' and that's where the Phoenix Gay History Project can really stand out as a unique configuration (TM trademark catchphraseTMB93 ©®™✓) (Facebook/Instagram) and as far as it appears to me both are really robust "business management information systems" as well vehicles used to generate cash flow. Anyway, as I say Rome wasn't built in a day, and I've identified (save come back later and continue add "invision community platform URL) {. reminder: note to self focus on clear, concise communication and a 'less is more' style etc....
