AZRents Database Proposal
Www.apartments.com 18,741 apartments available using search criteria "Phoenix, AZ" I'm curious how many renters from LA will just take their two most recent paystubs and drive their car to @visitphoenix and just make a new home. And, could you just imagine how nice it would be if we had a statewide rental database where landlord/owners/operators were required to register their rental units and the state could "suggest" rental rates in line with income in the zip code and also request landlord/owner/operators to "offer specials" based on rental applications stated income and the "special units" were 1/3 of income on the application. A voluntary way to offer workforce housing Metro wide, evenly distributed as applicants would apply at state website and system would display 3 communities at a time that we're "offering specials" in line with applicant income. Anyway I'm guessing there might be a wave of Los Angeles Metro renters heading to Phoenix. Possibly, who knows. Again, we have no real comprehensive accurate tracking of anything, except for word of mouth from renters seeking housing speaking to leasing agent and what notes on "guest card" agent may or may not enter in a wide variety of software systems that don't communicate to one central repository, that's the "missing link" with the rental market. As I've proposed the "AZRents database" would solve this and everyone would still make money. And no I'm not emailing this in lmao. Ive been good on my no email rule lately. I might copy and paste to my blog thou.
